Dear Spirit of Grace Congregation Members,
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during these trying times. We miss all of you and hope we’ll be able to worship with each other very soon. The Transition Team is attempting to move forward in our effort to find a permanent pastor. Attached you will find an “Appreciative Interview Guide.” We are asking all members to share their thoughts and wishes. This is one of the steps necessary in order to be able to find our new permanent pastor.
If you do not have the ability to download and print the attachment, you can get one from the church whenever someone is there.
Our team is asking that you read carefully and complete the four questions. We are asking that this form be completed by May 28 and either returned in the mail or dropped off at the church.
