Food-of-the-Month • Canned soups of all kinds are on the list to collect during July. Regular sodium soups for the Blessing Box and low sodium soups for the Diabetic Food Pantry, please. The goal is 50 cans.
Backpacks for Kids Project • During July and August, we will collect backpacks and school supplies for 20 local children in need. A copy of the supplies list is available here. Stay tuned for the date for our Backpack packing party in August. There is a bin in the lobby for your donations.
2nd Annual Junk in the Trunk Sale • Saturday, July 13, 10 am – 2 pm, in the church parking lot, rain or shine. Got junk? For $10, you get a parking spot to display your items, and a friendly atmosphere with food and restrooms available. To reserve a parking space to sell, sign up here, or call the church office at 248-338-3503.
Outdoor Worship and Picnic • Sunday, August 25. We’ll gather under a tent on the church lawn for worship and enjoy a potluck picnic afterward. Lawn chairs are encouraged.
