All members and friends of Spirit of Grace Church are invited to help. Please include your phone number and email address when you sign up. Volunteers will get Spirit of Grace name badges. The food service team will wear aprons. Please dress in festive holiday colors for this celebration.

First seating is 12 noon and second seating is 1:30 pm. Continental breakfast will be available for morning volunteers.

Pre-event Volunteers:

1. Prep Cooks: green beans or stuffing (recipes provided). Frozen pies, cut into 8 pieces after baking. Available to pickup at church Friday Dec. 22, 2-8 pm, Sat. Dec. 23, 10am-12noon; and Sun. Dec. 24, 9am-1pm. Please deliver to church Christmas morning. 
2. Set-Up team: tables, decorations. Christmas Eve 4-6pm; 8:30-10pm.

Christmas Day Volunteers:

1. Set-up team: 9-11am.
2. Drivers: transport guests who need rides. 10am-3pm.
3. Registration: register volunteers and guests. 10am-3pm.
4. Greeters: welcome guests, give directions for coats, dining and activities.
5. Santa’s helpers: family photos, kid’s activities, mitten tree. 10am-3pm.
6. Food servers: take orders, plate food, serve meals, beverage service, carry-out boxes. 10am-3pm.
7. Table bussers: clear tables, scrape dishes, set up place settings. 10am-3pm.
8. Table hosts: sit at tables with guests and welcome them. 10am-3pm.
9. Clean-up team: box leftovers for delivery to shut-ins and local shelter, clean up fellowship hall, kitchen areas, sanctuary. 3–6pm.
